6. Delivery Attempts
- The carrier will typically make up to 2 delivery attempts
- After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Please ensure your contact information is valid
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
rexi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please contact the carrier directly. For lost packages during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
8. Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped from China. You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. rexi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
